Protein is NOT a Macro
Nitor Formulator, David Sherwood, and NiTor entrepreneur, Phillip Chipping will take the stage at FitCon St. George to dive a littler deeper into how your body reacts to protein. They will explore how protein is best absorbed by the body and how to improve muscle gain and recovery.
More protein isn’t necessarily a good thing. In fact, consuming more than a specific amount can turn on degredation pathways in the body which begin to get rid of protein in the blood faster than it can be used. NiTor products help your body efficiently use more consumed protein and is backed by years of science.
