High Fitness – Summit Athletic Club – 10:00 am

High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography.  It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics, and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has a specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors),. Together they make a recipe for success!  High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through it’s carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.  Get addicted to being fit!

STRONG by Zumba – Summit Athletic Club – 11:00 am

STRONG by Zumba is the first non-dance based class from the fitness brand.  The newest of all Zumba classes revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat.  Think of it a boot camp choreography with bass that puts you in a squatting trance.

Bootylates – 12:00pm (noon)

Inspired by Pilates moves, Bootylates is a series of low-impact workouts designed to deliver a total body transformation. Celebrity trainer and creator, Nina Waldman, combines cardio and strengthening with relaxing and mind-balancing movements for maximum results. Check out -> www.bootylates.net

TEAM Training – VASA Fitness – 1:00 PM

VASA Fitness’ newest Fitness Training product, TEAM Training! These classes start with 30 minutes of strength training followed by 30 minutes of core and conditioning, and are designed to make you sweat in a fun, energetic group environment.
